Panic Pillow was initially created as a zine in 2017. Inspired by the very primitive notion of screaming into pillows, "Panic Pillow" opened a discussion about demon possessions, a lack of toilet paper, and feeling inadequate after misspelling a word.
Since 2017, our fears have, of course, evolved, but they're certainly still present. In fact, it feels like things have only gotten worse. There's always a good reason to panic; our goal is to let you (but, like, in a healthy way that's also supportive).
